How long until my order arrives?
We aim to deliver products within a time frame of 2-10 working days. During busy periods or sale events this could take up to 5-15 working days. Our couriers will notify you via SMS/phone call to notify you of delivery to ensure you are available. Please read our delivery guide below.
Can I choose a delivery date?
We will always try our best to accommodate your needs, however due to bedroom furniture being a large delivery which is delivered by our designated courier we cannot guarantee specified dates, but we will try our best to meet your needs.
Is Warranty included?
We offer 3-year warranty on all items from the date of purchase, this includes manufacturing faults and structural defects.
Are your Beds & Mattresses made in the UK?
Yes, we are pleased to inform you that all our products are made in house in our factory in the UK.
How long till i receive my fabric samples?
We ensure that fabric samples are delivered within 5 working days. If you have any issues please do send an email to help@mydivanbed.co.uk and we will do our best to answer every query.
